friendly staff coffee facilities cooked breakfast
the staff was friendly. my double room had tea and coffee making facilities. the cooked breakfast really set me up for the day. it was really nice.
the shower head leaked a bit, though not a major issue.

helpful host clear location
The hosts ensured i knew how to get to the hotel. It was a HUGE help. The location was lit that evening, so it was easy to find after traveling.
The main bathroom light needed fixing (it wasn't a big deal though because another light worked).

The hotel is located just off the A1, which makes it very easy to find. This location allows easy access to nearby attractions and ensures minimal travel time to and from the hotel.

the hosts gave me great information about local eateries. the room included tea and coffee making facilities. the shower had good pressure (always a bonus!). i found the wifi reception to be decent .
the tv signal was a bit patchy, limiting viewing options late in the evening.

simon welcomed me upon arrival. he provided local information. the breakfast tasted great. the room felt cosy, just as described. i found the ample parking very convenient. i could easily get an evening meal.
the hot water flow in the shower was inconsistent.

clean room early check-in gf requirements
The staff responded positively to our early check-in request. Our room provided expected amenities and was spotlessly clean. They enquired about allergies and reacted positively to our gluten-free requirements.
There was soap only provided, lacking shower gel, and there was no place to put either in the shower.
